Great Experience with Jumpcloud
What do you like best about the product?
As the Security Officer at our organization, I found JumpCloud to be an ideal solution for both Single Sign-On (SSO) integration and Mobile Device Management (MDM) capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found any disadvantages about Jumpcloud till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solutions like Single Sign-On (SSO) integration and Mobile Device Management (MDM) was what we were looking for to implement in our organization. The jumpcloud platform effectively met our requirements and aligned well with our security and access control objectives.

Amazing software to implement access control in any organization. & a seamless product!
What do you like best about the product?
Implemented this product for my entire organization. Loved the premium SSO and MDM services. This is one of the few products in the market which supports web and mobile devices security management which is amazin.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much since satisfied as of currently..

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud supports multiple devices, including Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android. Since we needed an MDM solution that works across all these platforms, JumpCloud MDM meets our requirements perfectly.

Jumpcloud Does not having proper support on software management for mac there is 10GB of limitation

What do you like best about the product?
I cant specify the best features of jump cloud because every options are efficient and well balanced. Features like directory integration, MFA and SSO and mainly about device management really helps organization to become more productive and time efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we are running a command for user if we forget to uncheck the all user column it will apply to all users. there is no option for undo we need to do that manuelly. Its little bit hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For taking system on remote jump cloud is providing option so we don't need to depend on other applications or websites. Increased security and providing a clear vision, protection and control over endpoints.

As of now, nothing is there I would say I dislike, but looking for betterment as always.

JumpCloud is solving remote assistance issues along with policy enforcement which was a primary security requirement for a startup like ours.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and powerful tools. Support is very prompt and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found any as of yet. If I can nit pick one thing, I would say the chat support screen blocks the window so sometimes chatting and making changes is difficult.

JC is allowing my client to organize devices and manage them with the control and policies they like. Its easy for me to onboard and monitor.

JumpCloud is great for unifying user, device, and access management across platforms with a cloud-native, easy-to-use interface. it good and user friendly gui is helping on the ease of use and implementation also simple. we are getting the timely and effective customer support. integrations are easy with google and other platforms. we are using he service very frequently

JumpCloud can be limited in customization, has fewer integrations than some competitors, and its pricing can get expensive as you scale.

JumpCloud solves the problem of managing users, devices, and access across multiple platforms from a single cloud-based directory. This reduces IT complexity, improves security with features like MFA and Zero Trust, and saves time by automating routine tasks.
JumpCloud is a great product to replace traditional AD
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud has a lot of Policies (Windows and MacOS) that greatly help to facilitate the administration of EndPoints. Also, the MDM to Windows and MacOS combined with authentication using certificates and Radius (All in JumpCloud), it is a good combination to centralize everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are from Latin America, and Some messages is only in English. It's something that can be improved

We have been using JumpCloud for 2-3 years, and our administration. Our work has improved a lot since then. The most important benefit in JumpCloud is have a only one site to administer user/roles and manage the all devices.

What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud can get pricey as you add more users or features. Some users wish reporting was more detailed. There is a bit of a learning curve, especially with advanced features. Its mobile device management (MDM) is improving but isn’t as strong as specialized tools like Intune or Jamf. Support quality can vary—some find it helpful, while others feel it’s slow or not detailed enough. Also, for very large or complex setups, JumpCloud may not offer as much depth as bigger players like Okta or Microsoft Entra ID
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many companies struggle with using too many separate tools for logins, device management, and security, which can get messy. JumpCloud fixes this by combining users, devices, access, and security into one easy platform. Managing remote teams is also tough because users and devices are outside the office, but JumpCloud’s cloud-based system lets you manage everything from anywhere. Onboarding new hires and offboarding leavers can be slow and risky, but JumpCloud speeds this up by letting you add or remove users and devices across all systems quickly. It also helps reduce security risks by enforcing strong passwords, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and device trust policies to keep your network safe.
